As Customer Success Manager at MOQO


you are in close contact with customers and partners and accompany them in achieving their goals with the help of the MOQO platform. You plan and accompany the introduction of the service. As a consultant you are at your side, explain the functions and possibilities of the platform and set it up according to the customer's requirements. You are part of a young, dynamic team and can help to shape the future of mobility.

Your tasks


  • Personal support for existing customers

  • Support in rolling out and setting up new sharing projects

  • Initial setup of the platform for new customers

  • Advice on operational sharing operations for customers

  • Problem analysis and identification of potential solutions to customer challenges in sharing operations

  • Support in processing B2C customer concerns

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Presentation and support during the introduction of new features

Your profile


  • Successfully completed commercial training

  • Very good German skills, good English skills,  other language skills are an advantage

  • Experience and self-confident behavior in dealing with customers

  • Sense of performance and responsibility as well as high commitment

  • Sociability and service orientation as well as strong communication skills and team spirit

  • Enjoyment in solving challenges independently
