As Team-lead MOQO Managed
you will be responsible for revenue development, customer service and customer satisfaction for a clearly defined customer segment. In this position, you will play a key role in defining and implementing our business strategy and leading a dedicated team.

Develop revenue strategy: You are responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for your customer segment. You analyse the market, identify potential customers and opportunities and develop measures to increase sales.
Leading a team: You lead an interdisciplinary team consisting of sales managers, customer success managers and technology experts. You motivate and coach the team to achieve the set sales targets and drive the growth of the company.
Customer Relationship Management: You maintain existing customer relationships and build new relationships with potential customers. You understand customers' needs and requirements and develop tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and increase sales.
Ensure customer service and satisfaction: You are responsible for customer service, ensured by both internal team and external partners, and customer satisfaction. You will ensure that customers receive quality support and that their concerns and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate sales activities: You coordinate and oversee sales activities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiations and customer acquisition. You ensure that the sales processes are efficient and successful.
Market and competition analysis: Together with our marketing team, you keep an eye on the market and discover opportunities.
Proven track record in SaaS product sales and revenue growth
Several years of experience in leading teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex business problems
Strong customer focus and a high level of professionalism
Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction is an advantage
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies
Strong language skills in German and English
