As Customer Success Manager at MOQO


you are in close contact with customers and partners and support them in achieving their goals with the help of the MOQO platform. As a consultant, you will provide support, explain the functions and possibilities of the platform and set it up according to customer requirements. You will also help end customers who contact us with questions about the service to be mobile at all times.

We believe,

Your tasks


  • Personal support for existing customers

  • Support in rolling out and setting up new sharing projects

  • Initial setup of the platform for new customers 

  • Advice on customers' sharing operations

  • Problem analysis and identification of potential solutions for customer challenges in sharing operations

  • Support in processing end customer concerns

  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Presenting and supporting the introduction of new features 


Your profile


  • At least 2 years of professional experience and confident dealing with customers

  • A sense of performance and responsibility as well as a high level of commitment

  • Outgoing and service-oriented, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English, other language skills an advantage

  • Enjoy solving challenges independently
